Administrative Law:

• Past: have read all my admin slides
  
• Present: am currently reading all admin notes
  
• Future: will summarize all notes, then look at previous exams and answers and try to work through some on my own
  
• More future: will write exam tomorrow

Critical Race Theory:

• Past: have done a poopload of research, and (joy!!) spoken to E. Fry youth worker
  
• Present: will percolate what we talked about and type it up
  
• Future: will work on paper over the weekend and hand it in on Monday
  
• More future: may work with E. Fry on research project over the summer for credit

Life is OK :)

Urk, and polishing my wand :)

Well, that's a nasty and rather unpleasant surprise.

I'm going through my Admin notes, summarizing, motoring along, I'm well set to get this done and go to bed at a reasonable hour, etc, and come across notes for one of two days when I was not in class. Going through my classmate's notes, I notice a small scribble: "Note, he will not be teaching Rule Making, but we have to know it for the exam."

Rule making. You mean... that 55 pages that I read but didn't have notes for, until now - or rather, until not now? So I'll need to go over the readings again and makes notes and make sure I understand them and oh... shit.

10. Polishing my wand in the common room is acceptable. "Polishing my wand" in the common room is not.
13. Starting a betting pool on the fate of this year's Defence Against Dark Arts teacher is tasteless and tacky, not a clever money-making concept.
20. I will not call the Defence Against Dark Arts teacher Kenny, even if he is wearing an orange anorak.
29. I do not weight the same as a duck.
