Found out I actually have two more books to buy. Taking 2 courses, already shelled out $200, and still two more to go. ::sigh::

bear, did you guys study Peeveyhouse v. Garland Coal? We just went through that today in Contracts, and... ::snarl:: The questions were going back and forth until our prof said, "OK, well, let's move on from drawing and quartering Garland Coal, shall we?"

Bad time last night. Ended up going for a long drive after a fight about Nutella, of all things. Happily, we managed to work it out after the kids were in bed and ended up bottling our red wine and port. God, I'm such a cheap drunk - 1/2 glass tasted and I was feeling a bit of a buzz
