decided it wasn't a kids movie at all
OMG I thought that so many times! Granted, mostly during the creepy parts (the baby freaked me right out, and the monkey's going to give me nightmares) but also during a lot of the Andy-growing-up parts.

Then again, there was a kid in the theatre (less than seven years old) who kinda made me wonder. The part where Woody ends up in Bonnie's house? Kid behind us says, "She's just like Andy was! She's playing with him just like Andy did!" Andy gives his mom a hug: "How come he's taller than his mom?" Andy gets into his car: "He's driving his own car?!" Andy plays with Bonnie: "He's playing with his toys one last time, isn't he?"

and came home feeling the absolute need to hug all my toys multiple times and tell them I love them.
Yeah, me too :) :) :)
