I wonder how many people among my friendslist have had negative experiences after wishing someone a Merry Christmas. Help?

Just wondering. I've been part of a few conversations re. the "fact" that "you can't say Merry Christmas any more without someone getting all offended", and, having never had a problem saying - or hearing - Merry Christmas before, I just wondered if my experience was an anomaly or not...
