ciroccojSlogging through a Supreme Court decision by Justice Iacobucci on termination of employment, I come across a quote that sounds familiar, and I read that it is attributed to Construction of Statutes, by Sullivan. Look it up - and hey! It's Ruth Sullivan, my Legislation prof! Being quoted (several times) by a Supreme! My prof!
