Shadowy CIA-linked plane landed in [Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario], according to flight logs
Anybody remember Once A Thief? Starred Nic Lea, AKA the yummy oiled-eyed, one-armed bad boy from The X-Files, as well as a bunch of other very fine actors, and was directed by John Woo, with all the delicious slo-mo fight scenes that entails. Great show. Cheesy as fondue, but lots of fun. And one of the things that charmed me the most about it was that they would always introduce themselves with "We work for a shadowy pseudo-governmental agency."
Damn, too bad it only lasted one season. I would so buy the DVD if it ever came out. Especially if it included the "alternate ending" to the series, because the actual ending... let's just say even Angst-Girl was a little bummed out by it.
I would also totally buy Space: Above and Beyond. Same cheese content, but in space. Astro-Cheese, if you will. Similar X-Treme bum-out ending.
Must get back to my Labour Law practice exam. Even though I'd much rather write about Justin's final ballet class and how utterly cute he is when he's being serious, and about Chris suddenly coming home with a huge prize and some very nice kudos. Oh, and thanks to y'all who didn't bite my head off for my bitchiness a couple of days ago, and you know who you are ;)
