I started typing about some stuff that's been bugging me lately, just to blow off steam a bit... and ended up with about 2200 words. And I'm just warming up.
Phew. That does feel a bit better.
And Daniel's doing really well in schoolwork. He's doing some basic geography, has read a bit of a comic book on Cortes (very exciting to him, since we just watched Pirates of the Caribbean), and Yay! picked up a Pokemon book at the library. Which would normally not be cause for great joy for me, except that it's in French and he's speeding through it. I'm sure he's missing a lot of the story, but he's enjoying it and practicing his French and YAY!!
