  1. 80 skips
  2. four-corner punch while somebody else does 80 skips
  3. dynamic stretching (ie kicking) while someone else does 80 skips
  4. 10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, repeate over and over, while someone else does 80 skips
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 but with 90 skips
  6. Repeat steps 1-4 but with 100 skips
  7. Run across the room and back ten times
  8. Do jumping jacks or pushups while your partner runs across the room and back ten times
  9. Repeat steps 7 and 8, running backwards the second time
  10. Turning kicks for two minutes
  11. Hold shield for partner two minutes, moving the target around
  12. Repeat above steps
  13. Double punches for two minutes
  14. Hold shield for partner two minutes, moving the target around
  15. Repeat above steps
  16. Side kicks for two minutes
  17. Hold shield for partner two minutes, moving the target around
  18. Repeat above steps
  19. Double punches for two minutes
  20. Hold shield for partner two minutes, moving the target around
