I'm pretty sure the only thing I'd want to do after giving birth would be sleep for three days! Heh, yeah, I wouldn't have thought so either, but the birth was pretty easy. I think I pushed four times. I was in shock for about 24 hours afterwards (pale & clammy, palpitations, etc) but otherwise felt pretty good. And it was a small party anyway; just us, my mom & Guy, and Daniel's godparents & godsister. There were two other guests who were supposed to come to the party, but we'd called them to let them know I was in labour so they'd stayed home. The whole thing was pretty low-key.
