ciroccojI kid you not: squirrels. That's what was futsing up our internet & phone. They were nibbling on the wires and the Bell guy spent the day in our neighbourhood, going from house to house climbing poles and handing out spare parts until he almost ran out.
Nasty little anti-tech varmints.
