How do you write wtf in Chinese?

ciroccojI just got a registered mail package from China, addressed to me, in longhand (not printer) so somebody had to actually write it instead of pressing Enter and letting the computer spit out hundreds of address labels.
It's a pamphlet (in Chinese) with a whole bunch of beauty products, and a CDROM inside.
I have absolutely no idea.
