ciroccojOne hour on a bike (with a break at Dow's Lake), and I'm exhausted. Come home and see it's 36°C, 46° C with humidex (that's 98.8°F and 114.8°F). I don't feel so wimpy now.
::sigh:: And in 20 minutes, off to TKD! After which I will return home and die. Tomorrow, ~2 hours biking, no TKD, pizza and a movie. And no power on earth will pry my behind from my couch until Monday morning.
