Any of you know about the Van Noppen Family's Highland Meadows Farm, which raises naturally grown lamb and beef? I have a business card for them, but the website, e-mail & snail-mail addresses all come up empty - don't exist, no answer, nothing.

Have they disappeared? And if so, does anybody else have ideas about organic/non-factory farmed meat? I know most grocery stores have organic/grain-fed sections, but we're looking for a place where you can get one of those "we'll buy the whole cow" things.
