ciroccojI have all the songs we sang during the concert rolling around in my head. Pleasant as that is, it's getting annoying, so I'll have to drown them out soon. And I know exactly how.
Busy, busy day. Not sure if this qualifies as my best birthday ever, but if it doesn't, I can't think of a better one right now.
Birthday presents: track pants and sweatshirt, massive cheque from Mom and Guy, H:LOTS Season 3 DVDs from boys (EEEEEEEEEE!!!), latest Sting CD & Palm Pilot (!!!) and sushi dinner from Chris.
Chris is so getting lucky tonight
Later Edit: For those of you whom I completely confused with this yesterday, I'm sorry! My actual birthdate is December 23, but I don't think I've celebrated on that day more than twice in my life. It's too close to Christmas - everybody's either gone for the holidays, or too frazzled to be able to come to a birthday party. So thank you for the Happy Birthdays!

- woke up, geeked a bit, puttered
- drove 45 min to Cumberland through a &%$@ Winter Wonderland
- got to Cumberland Heritage Museum, did the final Christmas concert with 5 other choirs
- drove back
- helped clean a bit (Chris and the boys had already swept and mopped the bottom floor)
- helped with sushi preparation
- Mom and Guy showed up
- kept helping with sushi preparation
- unwrapped a few presents
- ate sushi, had port, sake, and white wine (no idea why none of this intoxicated me in the least, as I normally get tipsy on one glass)
- unwrapped a few more presents
- said goodbye to Mom and Guy
- put dishes and food away, Chris put boys away
- updated lj
- going to wake up Chris
