ciroccojKids woke up at 6:20 this morning, wanting to hunt their Easter eggs. We held them off until 7 or so, then let them go. Filmed it; it was nice. They had lots of fun.
Hung around for a while, then went for a walk at about 11. Walked all the way to Daniel's school and back, spending some time at the school's yard with its multiple play structures. I think in all we were walking for over an hour.
Got back home, had lunch, got Justin ready for his nap. Asked Chris if he could take the kids away for an hour or so after nap, so that I could get in some work on my paper, since he's on call tomorrow and will be post-call on Monday. He said sure, and mentioned that he'll also have to do his COPE exam this weekend. A couple of hours, probably on Monday after he's done catching up on his sleep.
