- When making something with fresh jalapeno peppers, do NOT wipe anywhere near your face after cutting into the peppers. The sense of burning will commence a few minutes after the wiping and grow in heat and intensity until the area has been thoroughly scrubbed with soap and water. Thoroughly.
- Rambo ought not to be dubbed into French. Sly Stallone looks pretty silly yelling, "Tais toi!!"
