I have learned two things today:

• When making something with fresh jalapeno peppers, do NOT wipe anywhere near your face after cutting into the peppers. The sense of burning will commence a few minutes after the wiping and grow in heat and intensity until the area has been thoroughly scrubbed with soap and water. Thoroughly.
  
• Rambo ought not to be dubbed into French. Sly Stallone looks pretty silly yelling, "Tais toi!!"

Ooo! I've learned the lesson about jalapeno peppers the same way you did. Memorable, isn't it? ;)

I am interested, but we're going to (hopefully) my last medical social function of the year on Thursday. So we're already getting a sitter for one evening... can't really afford two events in one week.
