Daniel and Justin are shrieking and running around, simulating some battle. My attention is suddenly caught by the fact that they're both screaming, "Unleash the GIANT FLAMING BALLS OF TWINE!!!"
We'd been talking about history, legends, myths, etc and I'd mentioned Troy as an example of how muddled stories can get over time. Told them I'd seen the movie, knew the basic story and knew where Hollywood had used some creative licence (ten years v. two weeks, the whole 'cousin' garbage, etc), but admitted I really didn't know for sure whether some parts were Hollywood or Iliad. Like, for example, the giant flaming balls of twine.

"The what?!" they asked.
So of course, I had to show them :)
