ciroccojBecause I have no originality and my youngest is supposed to be napping and my oldest is playing with an action figure, here I go:
What is on your desk right now?
Computer, printer, scanner, various CDs, papers, pencils, piece of plastic, toilet paper(?) and a vase that Daniel painted for Mother's Day.
Do you remember your first grade-school crush? Was it another student or a teacher?
I think it was a kid named Sandro, in grade 2. I named my pet turtle after him.
Should you self-censor what you write on your personal site? Do you already? If so, why?
Yeah, I censor personal stuff that's sort of TMI, and sometimes don't post personal info. I should be more careful with that, but sometimes just can't be bothered. Probably shouldn't reveal my last name on it.
What is the most you've been in debt for? What is your view on debt?
Heh. My own personal debt for 5 years post-secondary and 2 degrees was something like $2400, paid off in one year. Right now we're about $100,000 in the hole for Chris' medical education, and digging deeper every day. Deregulation of tuition is a marvelous thing, isn't it?
Do you like Daylight Savings Time better?
Eh. Can't say either way. It sucks when all of a sudden it's 4:00pm and already dark. And cold.
What are the last five things you bought?
Oh dear. Tickets for the choir alumni weekend, a CD of my choir, dinner for 4 at McDonald's, groceries, babysitting.
What comes to mind when you think of the name:
Dorothy: Oz.
Gladis: Knight.
Rachel: Green.
Amanda: My mother's middle name.
Julie: My mother's first name.
Jake: Every third little boy Daniel's age.
Ryan: Every fourth little boy Daniel's age.
Buster: a dog.
Lauren: Bacall.
Erika: Many Emmy nominations.
Lisa: Character in a fic I'm working on.
Melanie: Griffith.
Danielle: What Daniel gets called a lot because he has long hair.
Sarah: Sister in law, friend from London, Chris' ex... lots of Sarah's.
Molly: Ringwald.
Noel: Roach (a guy I knew in Kingston).
Ray: Rey Curtis mispelled, a pet peeve in L&O fics.
Ron: Carver.
Mike: Logan.
Adam: Kid in Justin's day care.
