And now my mom's coming over to watch the kids while I go down to Emerg, having just had yet another massive [TMI] and having a heart rate of 130 once again.
Well. The wonders of modern medicine are many. Among them is the fact that I won't die from this. But I may very well need another IV or other kind of intervention. And it's rather sobering to think that in the Third World, this would probably be fatal.
