When it Rains, it Pours

So, running on 1.5hours sleep last night. This is ciroccoj's husband. She has had significant blood loss, and last night had the good sense to go to the ER. She passed 250cc (1cup) of clot upon arrival with the ERP. Her Semi-Postural Vitals were abnormal. Hemoglobin ~83. They started a 1000cc bolus Normal Saline, consulted Gyne who ordered another 1000cc bolus Normal Saline and 4units of Packed Red blood Cells (spread over 10 hours), high dose Premarin every 6hours. She also slept about 1.5hours, and has been hitting extremes of a cycle's worth of PMS and/or being first trimester pregnant. Not well 'till about 5 hours ago, when her colour came back, she was able to smile again, and her eyes were no longer sunken.

She may be able to be discharged manana, but she'll definitely, be OK soon.
