High Fiber Diet

Last term in Property Class we read about flax crops (were they personal or real property?) and canola crops (did a certain Alberta farmer use genetically modified seed without permission?) and a host of other crops - I believe corn and wheat also starred in some precedent-setting cases from the Grand Silo Courts of Saskatchewan or something.

And now, in Contracts, I'm reading about oats. Old oats v. new oats, because apparently, racehorse breeders and trainers only use old oats, and the farmer who tried to sell a breeder new oats should have know that and not given him new oats.

WHO CARES??!!
