LOTR has eaten my brain

So I'm happy as a pig in poop, going through my Review article footnotes, tracking down sources, printing out the ones that can only be found online, and listening to my Return of the King soundtrack. And at one point I go to look a downloaded article, and I can't find it! In fact, I can't find anything I've done today! EEEEEP!! I've been working for about two HOURS!! And it's all gone!!

OK, OK, don't panic. There's nothing in my Law Review folder, but I know articles downloaded, so where else could they be?

::frantic searching of files:: A-ha! Found them. Found everything I was working on. Now, where am I?

Oh. My Lord of the Rings folder. UN resolutions, 'working papers', Acts and editing footnotes are all there, interspersed among fics and pix and scripts and recipes for lembas bread.

I think I'll leave them there :)
