ciroccoj: (granola)
One of the very nice things about starting TaeKwon-Do is the discovery that running after two little boys all day every day, and using a bike instead of a car as much as possible, really does make you pretty fit. It's amusing to start a class with five minutes of running around the dojang and watch as some of the other folks in the class, younger and higher belted than me, start huffing and puffing near the end while I have yet to break a sweat.

Mind you, the segue into push-ups and sit-ups isn't exactly a piece of cake, but still. Feeling pretty good about my lifestyle choices right about now :)
