Plug-in status update

Internet fully functional.

Still no phone line.

Waiting for Bell Canada to come fix that sometime today. I wonder, though, if they call to let us know they'll have to reschedule... how will we know?

ETA: Spoke too soon. The moment I finished posting this, my connection went down. ::sigh::

Squirrels.

I kid you not: squirrels. That's what was futsing up our internet & phone. They were nibbling on the wires and the Bell guy spent the day in our neighbourhood, going from house to house climbing poles and handing out spare parts until he almost ran out.

Nasty little anti-tech varmints.

Um, the squirrels, that is. Not the Bell guys.
