Week 3 of biking two hours/day:

Will be done in one hour :) I even did TKD twice, though one was a double class and the other was just a single. Hoping to do more next week, but I decided maybe the Hottest Week Ever was not the right time to go all macho.

Also, ugh, you know it's bad when you go onto CBC weather and think, "Ooh, humidex 35C, that's not so bad!"
