There's few things as sad as a sick baby :(

No matter what species they are.

Also, veterinarians are awesome people.

Apollo is getting better. After a few days of throwing up and lying around looking morose and only moving from one pillow to another, he's finally raising his head a bit and taking an interest in the world around him. And he even tried to sneak out the door when it was opened! He was caught instantly, without his usual scampering around with glee to the cry of pursuers shouting "No! Apollo! Get back here! NO!! but it was a start.

Also, we're all in a fair amount of pain. Less so than we thought we would be, though. We all feared that our black belt instructor would greet us today with, "Good morning! Let's work on our fitness and endurance today!"

Instead, we got self-defense. Not so bad.
