Can anybody explain to me how to make animated icons? Or point me to a helpful website?

In order to make an animated icon, you need some sort of animation program which usually involves money. I have Animation shop which came with Paint Shop Pro.

If you have any particular frames you want to animate, I'd be willing to do them, and I'm sure there are many who would be willing.

Thanks! I'll check to see if my computer has any animations programs - Chris installed a poopload of stuff in the last month - and if not, would you mind if I sent you two icons? I would just need them to alternate.

Also, just thought I'd let you know that Scott got a big kick out of Justin's cookie comment...he's being chuckling and saying "Horrifying!" to himself for the past day. :)
