My, my. It appears my Drafts folder has been busy. The handful of letters-in-progress that regularly languish there decided they were bored, turned themselves into bunnies, and fornicated madly. I've got one to a colleague of my mom's, another to an old friend of hers, thank you notes that I can't figure out how to get to say what I mean without seeming utterly trite, a couple of notes to Sarah, a couple of thank-yous for very very nice reviews... and that's just when I don't press the "PgDwn" button.
Here's an entry Sarah wrote, about something we talked about this summer: Parenting Wild Men. Misery loves company and all that, but it is nice to feel that there's somebody out there who gets where you're coming from, because they're already there :)
Wanted to congratulate
sangerin on her newly minted lawyerliness, but her lj appears to be a little bewildered today. So I'll just put it here: congratulations,
sangerin!! Woo-hoo!!
Odd sort of day. I read a little, did some post-huge deadline-cleaning, and scanned a bunch of my mom's pix so I can return Guy's albums to him. It's made me rather introspective, I guess.
Am also wondering (again) why I bother to look forward to the end of the day.
Going to bed.
