Dec. 11th, 2004 08:27 pm::squeak:: Two concerts ::ahem:: Two concerts in one day. Voice gone. Also saw friends we haven't seen in about five years. I didn't see much of them, though, what with the two concert thing. And another one tomorrow! Huzzah!
Whatever is going on with Justin right now, I would like it to cease and desist. Soon. He's been completely out of control in the last week, to the point that even his teacher called us to ask what was up with him. This is the same teacher who's had almost nothing but effusive praise for him this term. "So well-behaved, so eager to learn, occasionally a little too loud or rough but always so obedient and etc etc" until we had to ask "You wouldn't have more than one kid named Justin in your class would you?" She thought we were joking. We weren't.
Anyway. Maybe he hasn't been sleeping enough. Maybe he hasn't had as much exercise as he needs. Maybe he's had too much sugar. I don't know. I do know that if he doesn't improve real fast, I'm going to put him to bed at 7pm with enough Gravol in him to keep him out till 10am, wake him up to feed him celery and carrot juice, then make him run laps around the house until he asks if he can go back to bed. And if that doesn't work, I will call Children's Aid to tell them what we're doing so that they can come and take him away.
::repeating my mantra:: I love my children I love my children I love my children.
Even Justin even Justin even Justin.
