Apologizing With Ira and Flo
Dec. 15th, 2004 03:08 pm::snicker:: So I start reading yet another crushingly dull article on apology for my ADR paper, and I come across an author who apparently got tired of reading and writing the same old same old and decided to spice things up a bit. He's made the bulk of his article (concerning whether to change the laws on the admissibility of apologies in court) into a dialogue between two old law school friends, Ira and Flo. Ira is an Incremental Reform Advocate, and Flo believes in Full Legal Overhaul.
Not bad, buddy. You definitely engaged me, just from the sheer novelty of the approach. Which is kind of sad in a way - that I'm so easily amused, that is.

In other news, I scored 82%, got 41 out of 50 states properly placed, the rest within 84 miles, and took 355 s to do it. Go play: Place the State. It's fun.
