ciroccojSo many things going on, it's hard to make a sandwich out of them.
Dropped Chris off at the airport for Calgary.
Practiced biking with Daniel today, with no training wheels. He can do it! He can go the whole loooong length of our street without falling off, and even got himself started twice near the end of our ride. Amazing. Justin, meanwhile, has totally mastered the tricyle. God they're so big.
Daniel also has two more loose teeth. And his two bottom adult teeth have fully grown in.
Played soccer with him a bit yesterday. The kid can actually dribble a ball! And he's got a pretty good kick. I really wish I'd been able to put him in Hot Spurs junior soccer, but we were already at our wit's end driving around for all the other activities we have, and I didn't feel like adding any more stress to our lives. Hopefully next summer.
New homeschooling family coming by tomorrow. I'm so glad we're finally connecting with people - even gladder to see they're down-to-earth, not HomeSkoolLoons like some we met in London.
My stats count on ff.n has been showing crazy activity on the two fics I put into Remember Us, the site for "Characters of Colour" (acronym CoC ::snicker::). So either that site has a lot of activity, or somebody really really likes angst.
Oh and somebody downloaded Jesse L. Martin singing at the end of the X-Files "The Unnatural" from us. I feel like a geeky musical angel, spreading geeky musical joy :)
Must put little darlings away now.
