Huh? It's hailing.
Also: please explain why ficreaders are cursed with (a) writers who write absolutely gorgeous, intriguing or compelling fics and then never finish them despite the anguished cries of their bereft fans, or (b) writers who write godawful tripe that spews on and on and on and on, reaching a final hideous conclusion... only to resurface again days later with a burbly "I thought I was done with this stoyr but you guys liked it so much that I thought lets see what happnes next!!!!! luv you guys!!!!!!!!"
And, no, I'm not thiking of any particular ficwriters out there. Although one of my own never-to-be-published WIPs has a scene where two of the characters receive a new piece of music written by 'GoldRusset' and one of them groans "Oh goody - yet another piece of crap by YellowOrange."
Also: does anybody know where one can get a hold of a sound file for Dust in the Wind, by Kansas?

Date: 2005-05-03 11:03 pm (UTC)And yeah, it's a fingerpicking thing. Inspiration to keep practicing. Haven't done much yet - other than figure out how to tune it, learn a few upper notes, and practice the A, E, and D chords. Now I'm on to Strumming. My fingers hurt.
Thanks!
