The Lorax.
Although Horton Hatches the Egg and Yertle the Turtle are pretty high up there too. You can learn everything you need from Dr. Seuss: environmentalism, faithfulness, responsible government... all with cute rhymes and pictures.

Dinner at a Thai restaurant.

Not much into poetry. But Hallmark has written some truly touching works.

Well, since I'm in the process of changing careers from teacher to student to lawyer... I'd have to say lawyer.
