And when I made fun of Chris, that I scored higher on Canada speak than him despite being Muggleforeign-born, Chris was pretty blase. "I am the poutine to your Mountie. You should eat me!"

OK, thanks to linaelyn and sugarkane_59, I now know that the flag I asked about yesterday was an Air Force flag. Does anybody know what this is?



Chris claims that it's the flag for Americans thinking of defecting North. I remain unconvinced ;)

Pretty much. French fries smothered in cheese curds and gravy. Canada's contribution to world cuisine. I can never decide whether I'm more mortified about poutine or the fact that we inflicted Alan Thicke on the world.

Oh, and Celine Dion, every time I read a songfic.

OTOH, we have gay marriage, so hopefully that balances the karma a bit.

IMO, Alan Thicke isn't that bad compared to Pamela Anderson. (Half of her is Canadian, the other half is Dow Chemical.)
