The good news -- I guess -- is that there's nothing on there that really surprises me.

Cheeseburger + fries is possibly my favorite comfort food, though. I try not to indulge more than once or twice a month, but .... mmmm, cheeseburger. I rue that my comfort food can't be, I don't know, spinach or something.

Hee! It's my weekly menu! We're seriously lucky that Estel's family does NOT get heart disease. He fills out those 'what did you eat this week' surveys, they draw his blood, and the docs look at the test results and shake their heads.

"You lucky bastard," quoth the doctor at his last appointment.

I must admit we don't eat much Foie Gras or Duck Confit, but they need to add Fettucinni Carbonara (pasta in butter & bacon! Huzzah!) to the list.

Cheeseburger and fries? But I'm down to once a week!!! (Yeah, and I seem to kill that opportunity every Monday.) Also, a 1,000 calorie cheeseburger? How big IS that thing? A regular small cheeseburger (no condiments) weighs in at 350 calories, according to the literature here at BigHMO Research Center...

That's a pretty weird definition of "worst" ... I would have thought that they'd offset it a bit against other nutrients. Like, OK, a can of Coke has less calories than a cheeseburger, but it also doesn't have *any* nutrients except sugar, while the burger at least has protein, calcium, etc.
