Hey, you know, live and let live is my motto. Diffrent strokes for diffrent folks, Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations, vive la difference, and all that jazz. But this: Arkansas Mother Gives Birth to 16th Child, is just plain wrong. Not necessarily because of the number, or because she says she's eager to have more. No no no. What's wrong with this picture is that her kids are

Joshua, 17
John David, 15
Janna, 15
Jill, 14
Jessa, 12
Jinger, 11
Joseph, 10
Josiah, 9
Joy-Anna, 8
Jeremiah, 6
Jedidiah, 6
Jason, 5
James, 4
Justin, 2
Jackson Levi, 1, and
Johannah, 0

Without following the link I'm gonna make a wild guess that her husband's first name begins with a J.

Ding!!

Jim Bob, actually.

OTOH, I'm sure it makes handing down monogrammed clothing a breeze.

But what do they do when a letter arrives at the house addressed to J.[last name]?

OMG!!! I just watched a documentary on this family a few months ago called "14 kids and pregnant again" or something like that. She gave birth to the little boy named Jackson on that show. And now she's had *another* one?!

Um, dude, choose another letter... Soon, she's going to have to pick really stupid J names, and the kids will be laughed at.

I mean, dude.

Jaaaaaaaaaaaay.

Yeah, I noticed "Jinger" after I left the comment. :P

Of course, better they called him/her that instead of "Jingle".

Because really. A verb?

There's some perfectly good J names she hasn't used (yet), but that seems deliberate given the above...

I'm going to take a wild guess that these people are hardcore fundies.

Jesus. (I'm surprised that they haven't given THAT name to one of their kids!)
