Seriously, I think there's maybe two people on my flist who will understand why I'm at all excited about this, but! Dude! My alma mater is named as respondent in one of the cases in my Labour Law text!!!
Queen's University v. C.U.P.E., Local 229 (1994), 120 D.L.R. (4th) 717 Ont. C.A.).
And! It's for a case that I just wrote about a few days ago, the case of the Marriot workers striking in the residences, where I was almost asked to cross the picket lines and act as security staff.
