Yeah, it's supposedly 2d year required here, but you can take it in 3d year as well.
it's more jurisdiction and standing questions (at the risk of confusing you, do you have the state v. federal problems and in rem vs personal jurisdiction?
We have provincial/federal, and two whole courses that deal with that ad nauseum, but in rem v personal jurisdiction is a new one on me. That may be because I just haven't taken the right courses yet ;)
