ciroccojI so, so, so completely Do Not Want to write my Aboriginal Law paper. My entire being is rebelling against it. I hate papers. Loathe them with the fire of ten thousand angry, hateful suns. And this paper... ::sigh:: I am no longer even the slightest bit enthused at my topic, because although it seemed like a good idea at the time, now it just feels huge and insurmountable. I'm looking at different concepts of "sovereignty" and trying to see whether there's any way of reconciling various "Western" concepts of sovereignty with Aboriginal concepts of sovereignty.
Yeah, and for my encore, I plan on giving a concise definition of "freedom." Then I might define "evil" and, if time permits, "soul."
Oh, just kill me now.
I also have three timestamps that were requested/suggested... oh, a long time ago. And a fic for a fic exchange, and a home schooling online site to set up. I'm gazing longingly at those while I prepare to dive into the Abo paper. ::wails::
OTOH, this week's Easter activities have been going pretty well. Today we made hot cross buns (YUM!!), watched a bit of Jesus Christ Superstar in French, and Daniel did some Bible study stuff. Tomorrow we hope to get some Easter crafts done, make kolache bread, and possibly finish the movie. Oh, and we're having fish for dinner tonight. Yeah, that's part of our theme ::really reaching, here::
