So many weird things happening lately.

Like an overly long "discussion" with Chris re. writing and my general blahness about it...

Like a wonderful Open House at Daniel's school, where Daniel's teacher enthused about how happy she is to have him in her class despite his "challenging" nature...

Like a Tory election ad that just about had me projectile vomiting the other day, and thanking my lucky stars that Canadian elections only last six weeks so at least we don't have to live with this filth for very long...

And like Justin saying that he'd like to take ballet. And me just not knowing what to do about it.

And re: Justin taking ballet? Dude. Let him. TLD took ballet, tap, and Irish dance for four years (along with yours truly) and now he's a starting running back on the JV football team. And plus...it might make him a little more graceful and less Justin the Wrecking Ball. You know? :)

Hee... I didn't even think of the Tory thing. No, it's not you. Tories are the Progressive Conservative Party (or, as a friend of mine called them, the Backwards-Forwards Party :)

I hate them. Loathe them. With passionate, desperate zeal. IMHO, they are responsible for just about everything negative that's happened to Ontario in the last ten years. And if I could blame SARS on them, I would.

And as for Justin taking ballet, it's not the girlyness that worries me, but the fact that it costs $97 for 9 hours to basically have little kids running around in a tutu (or in his case, leotards).

Otherwise, I'd be thrilled to give him something other than stomping and destroying. Justin the Wrecking Ball... that description is a little too accurate, I think ;)
