ciroccoj: (failure)

The previous letter was forwarded to the "If you would like to provide feedback or feel you have an unresolved issue please feel free to contact our Case Manager, at Ca_OI_CustomerCare@Dell.com." I just heard back from them:

Dear Jimena,

Thank you for contacting Dell Customer Care.

I do see that the transfer of ownership has not been completed.

The only thing that I would suggest is that you complete the form again. The link to be completed is below:

<https://support.dell.com/support/topics/topic.aspx/ca/shared/support/dellcare/en/tag_transfer?c=ca&l=en&s=gen>.

I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your Dell case number is 10101010101.

Fill out the form again? That's his suggestion?

Because it worked so well before.

Oh, KEE-RIST.

There must be someone you can talk to by phone. I'd start asking for managers. *vicarious fume*

Did. Went nowhere. ::sigh::

It's become kind of amusing, in an irritating way.

I'd give up on email and try the phone. Or, what might be faster... ebay. I am sure that someone out there has a power supply that you can buy. It is starting to seem like paying for the thing would save on hair replacement treatments and therapy.

Now I know why I don't buy dell products.

ETA: At least the icon is perfect.

Tried the phone, it just took a lot longer to get nowhere. And I had to listen to bad music while on hold.

Yes, it's gotten a lot of use lately :D :D :D
