I truly just don't understand why they can't tell you what the hold up might be. Are you filling in the form wrong? Is there some other piece of info they need? You know, stuff like that. SOMETHING identifiable must be holding it up. And it makes no sense to me that they would say they looked up your file, found out it wasn't transferred yet, so there was nothing they could do. Like you know, maybe transfer it??
Certainly doesn't give me any incentive to ever buy a Dell!
