Am within nine pages of being done the highlighting phase of studying for Bar Exam Pt. II. But those last nine pages involve Tax Implications of the Purchase and Sale of a Business (Retail Sales Tax, Good and Services Tax, Land transfer tax, Non-resident vendors & taxes, Ontario Business Corporations Act)... ::blink blink:: ::rub eyes:: sorry, did I fall asleep just there? Or was that you?
