Daniel got 45% on a test today. I'm incredibly impressed; it was a pre-test for high school/college level algebra. Damn.
Justin's reading is improving enormously. Nothing like self-motivation to get a kid moving :)
In other news, we're plunging back into music. My kids have many gifts; music is absolutely not one of them. Daniel can follow a tune, but has only a vague passing interest in rhythm, and Justin can do rhythm, all right, but the pesky little things called "tunes" and "notes" are forever beyond his grasp.
And speaking of music, Scott Leithead did a workshop for our choir last night. Um. Wow. Anyone who has that much energy after doing three workshops in one day... just, wow.
