Boys' room painted, second coat tomorrow. Justin spent a while painting with us, getting more and more wired until we had to send him away. Then Daniel came and painted a little bit, then painted the door because he wasn't looking where he was going, so he had to go too.
Costumes almost all done. Just need to finish the belt and trim, and we're ready to roll.
Readings almost all caught up. Case with Lady Duff-Gordon in Contracts today (what our prof called the "Martha Stewart case"), and all I could think of was Passage, and Lord and Lady Duff-Gordon getting away safely in an almost empty lifeboat while people screamed for help in the water. Nothing to do with the case at all. Except that the Duff-Gordons were a bit pariah-sized after that in polite society... as I assume poor Martha probably is right now.
Loooong counseling session today. Exhausting. But good.
I thought of making a bunch of Moroccan dishes this week, then pulled myself up short. It's quite possible that making costumes, decorating the house for Halloween, painting a room, and keeping up on my readings and child care is enough for this week. I'm on hormones, not amphetamines.
