The bummer of it is, I can never in good conscience call Wal-Mart and tell them "Because of your latest stupidity, I will no longer shop at Wal-Mart!" because I've refused to shop there for... six years, I think? I don't even remember what it was they did that made me say Never Again. There's so much that could have done it.

Yeah, me too. I hope they do sue. In part because, although we may not know the full story and they may actually have been belligerent and merited being tossed out... they didn't steal the pens. And Wal-Mart is still demanding they pay for them! WTF?!
