Lady: Good morning, this is [Chris yells something from the basement, I answer] How can I help you?
Me: Hi there, I'm calling about my microwave. It's not under warranty any more, but I need to get it fixed, so I wanted to know, do I just bring it in, or make an appointment for someone to come see it?
Lady: Well, ma'am, you've reached Francis Plumbers, so I'm not totally sure what you should do. But if you look online from the place you bought it, they can probably help you there.
Me: ::look down at my list of phone numbers, go a little bit rosy red::
