Ingredients
1 lbs cod fillet
2 lbs lean stew beef
8 carrots
14 oz + 28 oz can stewed tomatoes
5 potatoes
3 1/2 c + 4 stalks celery
8 oz tomato sauce
1 1/4 lbs chicken
1 oz cheese
3/4 c crushed corn flakes
2 c cooked rice
1/4 c milk
1 onion
1 T oil
butter
2 eggs
1/2 c beef broth
3/4 c breadcrumbs
1 1/2 lean ground beef
14 mushrooms
2 1/2 c chicken broth
1 T shallots
1/2 package frozen spinach
1/2 tomato
3 oz cooked shrimp
Spices
thyme
sage
marjoram
turmeric
allspice
oregano
pepper
dry mustard
parsley flakes
soy sauce
cayenne
lemon juice
ginger
garlic powder
ketchup
Instructions
I'm actually awfully tempted to follow the instructions above instead of the actual recipe in my cookbook. It would certainly mean a lot less dishes to clean.

Instructions
- Put 1 T of each spice/flavouring into small bowl and blend
- Fill blender/food processor to 3/4 full of ingredients in order listed and blend, pouring blended contents into large bowl when done and re-filling blender with next set of ingredients until all ingredients have been blended.
- Add spice mix to the large bowl and mix with egg beaters until all ingredients and spices are well blended.
- Pour blend into muffin pans and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
- Yield: 84 muffins. Muffins may be frozen for up to four months.
