Four hours, ten boys, four girls invited, all showed up except one girl, sledding and Capture the Flag and hot chocolate and two cakes and pizza, house is a sty of unbelievable proportions and my ears are still ringing.
Verdict on the sledding, from every child we asked: "Oh it was hard! And FUN! And painful!"
Success. Two years till the next time we do this at our house. And how on earth parents deal with more than one birthday party a year is a complete mystery to me.
